A mini facelift is a procedure to improve wrinkles and sagging skin on the lower third of the face. This less invasive technique tightens deep facial tissues through shorter incisions, typically located along the hairline above each ear and/or in the natural creases surrounding the ear. The structural tissues around the cheeks are lifted and tightened to correct jowling, refine the jawline, and rejuvenate a “tired” appearance.

The surgery can be done separately, or in conjunction with other procedures such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping.
