1.  All sales of medical-grade products and retail items are final.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased.

• Adverse Reactions/Damaged Products:  If you experience an adverse reaction to any product purchased or receive a damaged product from Atalla Plastic Surgery | Skin + Laser, please contact us immediately.  We will liaise with the manufacturer of the product in question to address your concerns and follow their established process for handling such situations.
